Raul's Mexican Restaurant

They were very nice here! It was a calm environment and the painting on the walls are the best. They served our food right and it was great portions. Over all 10/10

We’ve ordered from Raul’s Mexican Restaurant numerous times, and the food and service are always excellent. Today, our takeout order was missing two enchiladas — the first mistake we’ve ever had. I called, and Raul himself insisted on personally delivering them to our house. That level of service is rare and just one more reason we love this place. Great food, even better people. Highly recommend!

Ok, so I took the word of a Facebook post and tried Raul's.....Wow, it was hands down better than any of the Leeds, Irondale, or Trussville Mexican restaurants we've been to. The tamales are perfection. The guacamole is almost exactly like my homemade. The tortilla chips were still warm!! The beans are creamy and delicious and the tacos were delightful. (Ok so it's kinda hard to mess up a taco) But we agreed, if we want Mexican food, this will be our new place. Five stars for sure!!

The chips are served warm. Yummy! The salsa was not the best in my opinion. It was kinda sweet and made me think of ketchup ( I personally don’t like ketchup which is the problem). We ordered our dinner with chicken and both came out with beef instead. I don’t think we made waitress happy . The dinner plates are big for $9.00. It’s tucked away behind Snap Fitness. Menu has both cash and card price. Bring cash to save money. Love this idea!

Found Raul’s by accident…(late night last minute “where do we eat in a new town.”) but so glad we did! Food was very reasonably priced, and excellent in both appearance and flavor. Staff was friendly and fun to talk to. We live in S. Carolina but this is on our route to family in Kansas, so definitely will stop and eat here next trip.

Excellent. Service is friendly and attentive. Food was great. Priced surprisingly lower than others. Raul's place is hands down the best.

A friend of mine told me about Raul’s and said it’s the best Mexican food in the SE US. I drove all the way from Atlanta try it. So good. You can tell the owner’s really care about the space, and our thought into every detail. It’s very clean and pleasant, and the staff was SO kind and genuine.
